Million Rupees Five Thousand Million, subject to necessary provisions approvals. The Board of Directors of the Company has appointed Ms. Savita Jyoti of Ms. Savita Jyoti Associates, Practicing Company Secretary as a Scrutinizer to scrutinize the ballot papers received from the Members and for conducting the Postal Ballot process valentines Day pendants a fair and transparent manner. The duly completed Postal Ballot form should reach the Scrutinizer not later than the close of working hours on January .
